Reconciliation Groups are used to group locations for reconciliation purposes.
In the example above the Reconciliaition Groups are; PitA, PitB, PitC, PitD & Stockpiles. The Location Groups are; PitD_0339, PitD_0329, PitD & STOCKPILE. The Locations are; PitD_0339_031_01, SP1, SP2, SP3 & ROM1.
To achieve this locations are assigned to a location group that is linked to a reconciliation group.
The steps required to establish a new reconciliation group are:
Select the Location Groups data management table.
Note: If this table does not exist, a data management query will need to be created over the RecGro table code. Refer to the Data Management Queries topic for information on how to add data management queries.
Add the new location group
Refer to the Location Groups section under the Configuration topic for information on the above fields.
Refer to the Data Management Pages topic for information on how to Add, Adjust and Delete records.
Add the new reconciliation group, with appropriate Recon Type
Refer to the Reconciliation Groups section under the Configuration topic for information on the above fields.

Add the new reconciliation group filter link.
Note: Leave the Material Type column filter blank for it to be relevant for all material types, or add a row for each required material.

Note: This will only be necessary in the ReconData rule query if Location Groups need to be excluded from the Reconciliation process.

Select the required survey Type and reconciliation Period
Note: The Date range fields will be populated.
The Reconciliation Group group should appear in the list
Note: It will only contain values if locations have been assigned to the location group.
