New Reconciliation Group

1. Select the Location Management > Location menu option.

2. Select the Location Groups data management table.

   Note: If this table does not exist, a data management query will need to be created over the RecGro table code. Refer to the Data Management Queries topic for information on how to add data management queries.

3. Add the new location group

   

   Refer to the Location Groups section under the Configuration topic for information on the above fields.

1. Select the Reconciliation > Configuration menu option.
2. Select the Reconciliation Groups data management table

3. Add the new reconciliation group, with appropriate Recon Type

   

   Refer to the Reconciliation Groups section under the Configuration topic for information on the above fields.

1. Select the Reconciliation > Configuration menu option.
2. Select the Reconciliation Group Filters data management table

3. Add the new reconciliation group filter link.

   Note: Leave the Material Type column filter blank for it to be relevant for all material types, or add a row for each required material.

Note: This will only be necessary in the ReconData rule query if Location Groups need to be excluded from the Reconciliation process.

1. Select the Administration > Rules menu option
2. Select the ReconData rule
3. Copy and paste the query into Query Builder
4. Adjust the Location Group filter to include the new location group code in the list of valid location groups
5. Copy the query to clipboard
6. Paste into the ReconData rule and save

1. Select the Reconciliaiton > Reconcile Data menu option

2. Select the required survey Type and reconciliation Period

   Note: The Date range fields will be populated.

3. Click the Load Data button.

4. The Reconciliation Group group should appear in the list

   Note: It will only contain values if locations have been assigned to the location group.
